Late comers and absentees will be admitted to the class but with the written permission of the Principal/Vice Principal.  Leave is not granted except on prior written application from parent, which can be done through the diary. Every leave, even sick leave etc. must be entered in the leave record pages and signed by the parents. If a student is unable to attend the school for more than three days, the case must be reported to the principal.  Leave application must be submitted before being absent in the school.

Repeated absence without leave, or absence for more than six consecutive days, renders a student liable to have his / her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission if granted will be done on payment of re-admission fee.
All are expected to attend the classes on the last working day before the vacations and the opening day after vacations. Absence for more than three days in the beginning of a term or immediately after a vacation renders a student liable to have his name struck off the rolls. A student returning to school after suffering from an infection or contagious disease should produce a medical certificate permitting him to join the school. Leave will not be granted for absence in school prior to a Test/ Examination.

The students of senior classes  are advised not to take leave at all. They should adjust their out- station programme during the holidays. In case of urgency they should take permi-ssion from the school before being absent. Their parents can ask for leave over phone. If a student is absent without prior permission then the parents will have to come to the school and explain why he/she was absent on a working day.Application for yearly leave must be signed and forwarded by the parents. Any accompanying person must have on  authorization from parents.
