Sant Chavara National Academy Organizes "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" Plantation Drive
Sant Chavara National Academy took a heartfelt step towards environmental conservation and honoring motherhood by organizing a tree plantation drive under the initiative “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” on the school premises.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Manager Father Stenin, Principal Father Jaison, Administrator Father Saju, and the enthusiastic participation of the school cabinet members. Each dignitary symbolically planted a sapling in remembrance and honor of their mothers, promoting the message of love, gratitude, and environmental responsibility.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Father Jaison emphasized the emotional bond between a mother and a child and how this initiative beautifully links that sacred bond with the nurturing power of nature. Manager Father Stenin encouraged students to take ownership of the saplings and to grow into responsible citizens who care for both their environment and their families.
The program reflected the school’s commitment not just to academic excellence but also to moral and environmental values, inspiring students to connect personal emotions with social responsibility.
